Does Cranberry Help With Bladder Control?

When you are having bladder problems there might be some life style changes you could have to make. Two of those lifestyle changes include having cranberry juice and drinking a lot of water. It is recommended that you take at least 6-8 oz of water per day in order for it to really work.

While cranberry is the most used one for bladder infection there are other herbs that you can take such as: grapefruit seed extract, colloidal silver, vitamin c, calcium, garlic and much more. If you do not like the cranberry juice you can always take the capsule.

When you have a bladder infection or trying to control it you should avoid spicy foods, caffeine, citrus juice and alcohol. When you go out a lot it's always good to take some toilet paper with you in-case of emergencies if you are having bladder problems.
