With the increase in number of people taking in supplements along with their food regularly in recent times, a common question that arises is, “Why is it important to take supplements?”
Supplements are meant to give extra energy to body with additional dose of vitamins and minerals in the easiest form.
Soil loses fertility: We all are well aware that soil loses its natural fertility with time and when more crop rotations are done on the same soil. Vitamin Deficiency: Most of us avoid at least one kind of vegetable or fruit that is rich in some sort of vitamin source due to bad taste or skin allergy. This ends up with severe illness and vitamin deficiency.
