What Has Natural Vitamin E?

Vitamin E is known for its extraordinary beneficial effects on the body in various different ways. Its antioxidant power helps in fighting the damage caused by the free radicals and enhance the overall health. The benefits list of Vitamin E includes prevention from various heart diseases, prevention of cataracts and macular degeneration, preventing Alzheimer disease and many others. Vitamin E is available in various different forms but in its natural form it is designated as d-alpha-tocopherol which is also the only form which is recognized by our body. Natural Vitamin E undoubtedly has greater benefits as compared to the synthetic ones.

Since our bodies do not manufacture Vitamin E thus we need to get this vitamin through food and supplements. Vitamin E is a fat soluble and thus it is generally found in fat rich food items. There are four main groups through which natural Vitamin E can be consumed. The first group includes vegetable oils like sunflower, peanut, sesame, corn, and rice bran and canola oils. The second group is the nuts including peanuts, walnuts, hazelnuts and pistachios. The next group is the oil seeds, grains and legumes including wheat, rice, corn, chickpeas, oats and barley grass. Wheat germ oil is the 4th group which is extracted from the germ of the wheat. Thus by consuming a well balanced diet you can easily fulfill your body’s need for Vitamin E.
