Vitamins are organic compounds, which act as primary nutrients for human beings. The vitamins commonly come from animals and plants. We can classify the vitamins as fat soluble or water soluble. Generally we have to take the water soluble vitamins along with water in order to dissolve. This water soluble vitamins never stored in human body but, the fat soluble vitamins dissolve within human’s fat cells and stored in human body itself. For maintaining proper level of nutrients and nourishment the vitamins are very essential. Vitamins are not only essential for children, it is also necessary for old people. Each vitamin have individual specialty and mostly it protects human from various disease and defects. You can consume the vitamins individually or take it as combined multivitamins. |
