What Supplements Help You Sleep?

There are lots of reasons as to why someone might not be able to fall asleep. It could be because of not having enough calcium or either not having enough magnesium. Sometimes it is because of stress. Listed below are some wonderful herbs to help you fall asleep and a lot of them even help with relaxing your muscles. Most of these can be found in teas at affordable prices.

Herbal Supplements For Sleep:

If you are not getting enough calcium you can look into other herbs to make up for it such as:

- Alfalfa

- Red clover
- sage
- rose hips
- catnip
- horsetail
- parsley
- nettle
- burdock root
- peppermint

Do not take a lot of the herbs together at once without permission of your doctor first to make sure that it is a good mix.
