The vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3 help teenagers a lot.  For skeletal growth and tissue growth vitamin B6 and Vitamin D helps a lot. The Vitamin A, E and C are helpful for the function of newly formed cells.

For male teens extra amount of vitamin A and Zinc are recommended. The vitamin A help teenagers for better immune system and it also fight free radicals in teenager’s body. Teenagers those who want clear skin should have to take vitamin A supplements or food and this vitamin A also help teenager’s to get rid of acne. Vitamin B6 is very much essential for teenage girls, because it is involved in their process of menstrual cycle. Teenagers should add Vitamin B5 to protect them from acne. It’s better for the teenagers to take multivitamins rather than taking separate vitamin supplement.
