Large doses of vitamin can lead to problems like increased urination, stained teeth, uneven heart rate, stomach bleeding, limp feeling, muscle weakness and many others. Always read the label of any supplement about its ingredients before starting its use. Taking mega dose of vitamin can cause anything from diarrhea to kidney stone and to nerve damage. Its high level can also increase the risk of death thus it should be always taken in recommended dose. |
